Created by Bare Elegance Boudoir and based in Newberry, South Carolina, this series highlights the most stylish towns within a two-hour drive — from Greenville and Aiken to Camden, Charlotte, and beyond.
Each guide includes a curated two-day itinerary with shopping, hotels, and dining, along with reflections on confidence, self-image, and what it really means to choose yourself in a world that constantly asks women to shrink.
As a boudoir photographer serving the Midlands & Upstate South Carolina, I spend my days working with women who are learning to see themselves differently — more gently, more confidently, more honestly.
The Refined South is an extension of that same philosophy: luxury as self-respect, beauty as permission, and experiences as a way of remembering who you are.
